I'm getting really pissed off!

Most of you guy's have no clue about wtf you're job even is!

Let's get this cleaned up.

Admin: I know what i'm doing!

Admin Assistant: To keep an eye on everything, to be there as admin when the real admin is sleeping or taking a crap. Also the job is to do modding on forums you have been assigned to, which are more of the MGT type of forums, also to revok warnings and keep the mods in line.

Mod: To give warnings for members who break rules, to report to the admin if they find something, and to lock delete etc... Topics that go against rules.

Assistant: All you do is... Well do what the other ranks tell you. You could be told to listen to the KP report so than to report to the admin if you find anything for him to write about. Get it? You just do tiny jobs.

Youtube owners: Post videos! How hard is it? You got the job.

Myspace owner: Do something!

User: Just post and participate in the forums! But post! Dont join and never do anything.

Ok now, I hope you people understand. If you dont do you're duties you wont be joing those jobs anymore.


Oh and from all i've seen, most of you have done nothing for this place. Two of you got idea's, and when I gave you the job for that cetain idea, but you haven't done shit since than.
