If you dont get it, it's phpbb stuff, it is the code that makes forums, and they make forum creating software. So what this is, it's a new phpbb program, and it should be an update.

We are phpbb2 and 3 is new.

But one thing is that you can't post HTML in post's, the other functions most of you can't use, and I can but I don't care about them.
